It took another two weeks. I continued to go through my yard with fluid to protect the dog. 
In another day neighbor drank alcohol and let the dog out of the barn. She ran into the street and immediately attacked the woman who works the enlistment office and bit her. 
The woman managed to to drop into their shed. Neighbor sat next to the barn and did not allow a woman to escape from there.
