I saw the window like the neighbor has driven a woman shed, and the dog helped him. I call the police. The policeman long time to persuade my neighbor's dog to lock its barn. Neighbor swore and did not want to do that. The policeman drew up a report, a dog locked in a shed and took department neighbor. 
Woman was able to get out of the barn .....
